Policies

Cancellation & Refunds

Before course start: full refund minus any non-refundable registration or materials fees (if applicable).

After course start: refunds may be prorated based on the portion completed.

No-show / non-participation does not automatically qualify for a refund. All requests must be in writing and are issued per Colorado DPOS guidelines.

Attendance

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Because courses are condensed and practical, missed time may impact comprehension and outcomes. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

Conduct

Students are expected to maintain a professional, respectful environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or actions that interfere with instruction may result in removal without refund.
