Denver Contractor License Prep and ICC Code Training

Enrollment is now open in Denver for August!

The National Contractor Standards Institute provides contractor license preparation and ICC code training for contractors, builders, and construction professionals throughout the Denver metro area.

NCSI is excited to offer our first in-person Denver G13 Residential Contractor Exam Prep cohorts beginning in August at Office Evolution in Lakewood. Classes meet twice a week in the evenings from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and are designed for working contractors who need structured, practical code instruction.

These cohorts are intentionally small so we can provide focused instruction, help students understand the code books, and prepare them for the National Standard Residential Contractor Exam with confidence.

In-person evening instruction for contractors preparing for the National Standard Residential Contractor Exam.

Includes live classroom instruction, Google Classroom access, structured code book navigation, exam preparation assignments, and cohort-specific class materials.

Many contractors entering the licensing process already possess years of field experience but have never received formal instruction in code navigation, contracts, estimating, or construction documentation.

Our programs are designed to bridge that gap by combining practical construction knowledge with structured code education.
