Enrollment Overview
Enrollment at National Contractor Standards Institute is straightforward and designed for working professionals.
Students select a program, complete registration online, and receive immediate confirmation with instructions for course access and participation.
All courses are delivered with a focus on real-world application, professional development, and preparation for industry certification where applicable.
Admission Requirements
Admission is open to individuals who meet the following minimum criteria:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to read, write, and understand English
Must have access to a computer or mobile device with internet capability (for online courses)
Must be physically able to participate in classroom instruction (for in-person courses)
No prior construction experience is required unless otherwise stated for advanced programs.
Enrollment Process
Select your program from the Programs page
Complete enrollment and payment through the website
Receive confirmation email with course details and access instructions
Attend scheduled sessions and complete course requirements
Enrollment is considered complete upon receipt of payment.
Tuition and Fees
Tuition is listed clearly on each program page prior to enrollment.
All required materials, including code books and course resources, are included unless otherwise stated.
There are no hidden fees.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Students may cancel enrollment and request a refund under the following conditions:
Before Course Start:
Full refund minus any non-refundable registration or materials fees (if applicable)After Course Start:
Refunds may be prorated based on the portion of the course completedNo-Show / Non-Participation:
Failure to attend or participate does not automatically qualify for a refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with Colorado DPOS guidelines.
Attendance Policy
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.
Because courses are condensed and practical in nature, missed time may impact comprehension and outcomes.
Make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
Conduct Policy
Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or actions that interfere with instruction may result in removal from the course without refund.
Grievance Policy
Students who have concerns or complaints are encouraged to address them directly with the institute.

Certification and Completion
Students who complete course requirements will receive a certificate of completion.
Certain programs may qualify for ICC certification or renewal credits as indicated.
