Courses are taught by Matthew Pennington, a Colorado general contractor with more than 25 years of real-world construction experience. Instruction focuses on practical code application, plan navigation, estimating, inspections, and jobsite problem solving—not generic prerecorded content or memorization-based exam prep.
NCSI programs are built around how construction actually happens in the field, helping contractors develop practical knowledge they can apply long after the exam is over.
